Vacation on the water in this one-of-a-kind canal front home in Brigands Bay neighborhood. Salty Sojourn is a peaceful escape from the cares of the world that the whole family can enjoy, including your four-legged friends.
You’ll love the traditional layout of this cozy home. A convenient dry entry from the carport into the ground level room with space store your beach and fishing gear will help make move in easy. The family pooch will love the fenced in dog area so much there just might be a round or two of the zoomies.
The second level is the main living area that includes the kitchen with breakfast bar, dining and living area with TV, screened porch and canal views. Down the hall is a king en suite bedroom with TV and a private bath. A half bath and laundry are also on this level.
Three queen bedrooms are on the top level (2 have direct access out to a sundeck). A bonus room with futon (for flexibility in sleeping arrangements) with TV, and a large full bathroom complete this level.
Just steps from the door tie up your shallow-draft boat at the private dock. The whole family will enjoy days spent on the water fishing, clamming, or simply exploring. Or launch your kayak or paddleboard from the floating dock for self-guided tours of the quiet canals and calm soundside waters. The residential neighborhood is just right for family strolls and bike rides. Mini-golf and go-cart riding are an easy drive or bike ride away for even more family fun.
