Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Please contact our office for more details.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

The spacious living room flows easily with the traditional dining room and beautifully remodeled kitchen that boasts white shaker cabinets, concrete countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A large island and breakfast table offer additional seating options to the standard sit-down meal, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or hosting a calming cocktail hour that can easily move between the kitchen and outside sundeck overlooking the Pamlico Sound. Here, you’ll never miss one of the island’s famously picturesque sunsets and can even soak it in from the bubbly hot tub! Finishing up the first level, an open laundry area is central to the floor and conveniently accessible, while the first of three bedrooms, a queen en suite, is quietly perched for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Upstairs, the remaining two bedrooms, both queen rooms, flank either side of the stairwell. All bedrooms throughout offer their own TV for optimal relaxation. The final bath, featuring a tub/shower combo is centrally located to service both rooms. A quiet nook with a cozy daybed completes the top level.
Hop on the village sidewalks from the end of the driveway and let your pups stretch their legs with a stroll through the neighborhood. With close proximity to your choice of dining and shopping opportunities, you can walk, bike, or skate to some of the island’s greatest attractions.
