Hatteras Island, get ready, you are in for a real musical treat! “Always..Patsy Cline” will perform on Sunday, November 13, at the Cape Hatteras Secondary School in Buxton at 7pm! This performance is free and is open to the public. The special guests for this event will be the volunteer fire chiefs and firemen who have helped immensely throughout the hurricane. Laura Martier is the jazz vocalist who is the cover for Patsy Cline. She is the reigning jazz vocalist on the Outer Banks, and is also an educator of arts.
