No Grinch could possibly steal the Christmas cheer from Hatteras Island this year! As per normal, the roads were filled with joyous faces gathered to see their loved ones marching through the streets in boisterous costumes covered in glitter and made with love.

25th Annual Hatteras Village Christmas Parade

On Saturday, December 12th, islanders came together to celebrate the 25th Annual Hatteras Village Christmas Parade. An event on Hatteras Island, adults and children alike gathered along Highway 12 in the heart of Hatteras Village to see their friends and family members march through the streets to the tune of some very real holiday cheer.

One thing Hatteras Island loves is a good holiday and Halloween is no exception. 2015 Hatteras Village Christmas Parade

All was calm, all was bright, and the 72 degree, non-sweater weather was just right! Saturday, Hatteras Village kicked off the holidays with their annual Christmas Parade, which was filled with the usual spirit, cheer and SANTA!

Anticipation builds as everyone waits for the parade to begin

The 2013 Annual Hatteras Village Christmas parade was a success with Midgett Realty taking home the award for "Most Creative" with a sand family and driftwood Christmas tree, designed and constructed by a team of several dedicated employees.
