Exterior Features
The three-story home features a grand staircase leading to the second-level entry of the home. The gray-toned shingles of the home are a testament to time and weather. The ground level hosts a paved driveway area leading to a one-car carport. There is a ground-level entry deck making accessing the home after a long day at the beach quick and easy. Around the back, the ground level features an outdoor shower. On the second level, the covered deck features a hot tub, a porch swing, Adirondack-style chairs, and other outdoor seating. It is accessible from multiple bedrooms. The third-floor deck is accessed by the living space and the bedroom. It features picnic tables, Adirondack-style seating, and a breathtaking view of the water. On beach days, the home has a private boardwalk leading right down to the sand!
Interior Amenities
The first-floor entry opens up onto a small foyer with a coat closet to easily store your outdoor gear. Straight ahead is the game room. It boasts a pool table, fridge for snacks and drinks, and seating including a futon. Head up the stairs to the main entry level of the home, the small foyer offers a place to set your things aside while you explore the rest of the home. Between the second and third floor, you’ll find the half bathroom. Take the final set of steps up to the main living area and take a seat on the comfortable couch or loveseat. Enjoy time with loved ones or a favorite movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV with an entertainment center. Sliding glass doors open up to the third-floor deck and offer amazing views of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen can handle your meals when staying in. A myriad of cabinets and drawers hold all the basic tools you’ll need, and spacious counters offer plenty of prep space. Stainless steel appliances round out the space. As far as dining seating options, there is a bar seating for three, a breakfast nook that seats four, and a main dining table that seats eight. Sit at the cozy game table and play a game of checkers, chess, or something else.
The second level of the home boasts four bedrooms. The first master suite hosts a king bedroom set with two-night tables, dressers, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A cozy sitting area features two chairs and a table overlooking the beach view. The bedroom also has access to the second-floor balcony and hot tub. The en suite bath boasts a shower stall and separate Jacuzzi tub, as well as a double-sink vanity. Head down the hall to the second bedroom. It hosts a queen bedroom set with two-night tables, two dressers, and a mirror. There is a flatscreen TV on one of the dressers. The room also has access to the outdoor space.
The third bedroom features two twin beds and a dresser with a flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom boasts a queen bed, a night table with a lamp, a dresser with a mirror, and a small entertainment table with a flat-screen TV. This room also has access to the outdoor space. The three bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo and single-sink vanity. The second master bedroom is located on the third level. It features a king bedroom set, a sitting area, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and private access to the third-floor deck. The en suite bath hosts a shower stall, a separate Jacuzzi bath, and a double-sink vanity. A final sleeping space is in the game room on the full-size futon.
