Midgett Realty Comes Out on Top in VRM intel’s Best Vacation Rental Management Websites of 2015 Awards
Midgett Realty placed first in VRM intel’s inaugural Best Vacation Rental Management Website Awards. Midgettrealty.com was acknowledged for its cutting-edge booking process, smart availability calendars, and a seamless user experience.
Hatteras, North Carolina (PRWEB) November 04, 2015 — Midgett Realty is pleased to accept first place in VRM intel’s inaugural Best Vacation Rental Management Website Awards – 2015. Midgettrealty.com, built by digital marketing agency Bluetent, was acknowledged for its optimal “Refine Search” experience, smart availability calendars, a simplified booking process, and a seamless user experience.

VRM intel asked vacation rental industry professionals and social media followers to submit favorite vacation rental management websites launched in the last year. The more than two dozen website entries submitted were evaluated based on 20 metrics, including site performance, website features, user experience across multiple devices, and overall aesthetics.
“We extend a huge thanks to our Bluetent teammates. Since our partnership began in 2010, it has been a collaborative effort between our teams. Having common goals communicated and understood upfront has been a large part in the final product. While Midgett Realty took first place in the contest, vacation rental management companies in the Outer Banks, North Carolina, Deep Creek, Maryland, Tybee Island , Georgia, Winter Park, Colorado, and Park City, Utah rounded out the top five winners.
Attributes such as beautiful web design, high site speed scores, compelling lead capture, videos, virtual tours and floorplans, and cutting edge search features and availability calendars were consistent across all of the top contenders. The Midgett Realty website, which launched at the end of 2014, scored highest in a number of these categories.
VRM intel is a monthly publication featuring news and information for vacation rental managers. The vacation rental industry is seeing exponential growth, and VRM intel aims to provide those in the industry with guidance on marketing, website platforms, choosing software and third party vendors, and new technology.
