Salty Reflections

The first day of winter has past, the holiday season has come and gone and Hatteras Island rang in the New Year with a joyful heart. As another year passes by, the seven villages of Hatteras Island came together on Saturday with a treasure trove of things to be thankful for. With over 30 entries in this year’s annual Hatteras Village Christmas Parade, islanders lined the streets in celebration and anticipation to see their friends, family and neighbors stroll by, swaddled in Christmas spirit.
