Locally coined the “Tri-Villages”, it’s often hard to decipher where one ends and the other begins, so we’ve crammed all of the goodies from Salvo, Waves and Rodanthe into one post for you to split up as you please. Now listen, we are all about some full course meals. We didn’t get our extra insulation by eating small plates all of the time, but the name of the game is “Small Course Crawl” and this end of the island has A LOT to offer. In fact, you may just need to book an extra week so you can do the Crawl AND go back for regular meals. You can thank us later!

SMALL COURSE CRAWL TAKES ON THE TRI-VILLAGES

BOARD WOK

Vegetarian or Pork Spring Rolls:  Four fried lumpia rolls

Cajun Seared Tuna Sashimi:  Thin slices of spiced rare ahi tuna served with Asian slaw and wasabi

WAVES MARKET DELI

Fries:  Hand cut and served with their signature white sauce

Hot Wings (10):  House smoked and deep-fried to order. Your choice of naked, mild, hot or salsa loco. Served with homemade ranch!

Nachos:  Beef or chicken optional. Freshly fried corn tortilla chips topped with black beans, Mexican cheeses, homemade salsa, pico de gallo, sour cream and jalapenos

WATERMEN’S BAR & GRILL

Watermen’s Stuffed Mushrooms:  Mushrooms stuffed with lump crab, parmesan cheese, bacon and spices

Sesame-Crusted Seared Tuna:  Fresh local tuna rolled in sesame seeds and seared to perfection. Served with the traditional wasabi and soy sauce

Watermen’s Seafood Guactail:  A huge portion of lump crab, shrimp and their in-house guacamole stacked high and served with crispy tortilla chips

ATLANTIC COAST CAFÉ

ACC’s Awesome Nacho Fries Basket:  Crisp fries with nacho seasoning, cheese sauce, burger, salsa, sour cream, avocado and shredded cheese

Disco Fries:  Smothered in cheese and gravy

GOODWINDS

She Crab Soup:  Their signature bisque kissed with a touch of sherry

Sunset Oysters (6):  Fresh baked oysters on the half shell, topped with spinach, bacon and cream cheese, drizzled with garlic butter and parmesan cheese

Asian Glazed Shrimp (6):  Crispy shrimp tossed in a sweet chili soy glaze with peanuts and sesame seeds, served over cucumber salad

Shrimp and Crab Bruschetta:  Fresh shrimp and lump crab meat tossed with vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh herbs, topped with parmesan cheese and served on a French baguette.

Cheddar Broccoli Bites:  Served with ranch and oh, so yummy!

Fried Mushrooms:  Battered and fried. Utterly delicious!
